DTC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation ("MC”) since 2012 which is one of the largest Japanese trading and investment houses. MC has established DTC in London as a holding company to integrate MC's investment activities in European transmission sector. (please replace the below crossed out text and replace with the below for DTC). As of June 2023, DTC has 10 assets in the UK totalling circa 5.7GW and c.£4.7bn.

Chubu's total assets as of March 2020 is £40.7 billion.
Visit ChubuMUL Infrastructure UK Limited (“MIUK”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. (“MHC”). MHC has established MIUK as an investing arm for MHC’s investment activities in European infrastructure. MHC has made investments in renewables, power transmission, power distribution and water business as these sectors being MHC’s strategic areas.
